What to expect from your live demo

A demonstration built around your business

A useful demonstration starts with how you sell travel today. Tell us whether your customers book directly, your staff make bookings on their behalf, or sub-agents need a dedicated login. We can then focus the conversation on a branded customer website, an agent portal, or the operational tools behind both. You do not need a finished specification to request a discussion; an outline of your business and the problems you want to solve is enough.

During the discussion, ask to follow a booking from search results through traveller details and payment into the back office. We can explore how branding, product selection and booking rules relate to your requirements, rather than simply showing a collection of screens. Bring examples of the journeys you want to improve, such as hotel-only bookings, flight sales or agent enquiries. Available demonstrations depend on the modules and supplier connections being discussed.

What should I prepare?

Your current website address, business type and intended launch timeframe help us prepare. If you already hold supplier agreements, list the providers and describe whether you have test or production access. Please do not send API passwords, payment credentials or travellers’ personal information in the form. We will discuss an appropriate secure process if technical access is needed later.

Think about the decisions you need to make after the call: which products to sell, who will manage bookings, how agents will work, and what information your accounts team needs. You can also ask about a free beta site, the differences between plans, domain arrangements and the steps required before accepting real bookings. A demo request is an enquiry, not a purchase or an automatic appointment confirmation.

What happens after I send the request?

The team reviews your enquiry and contacts you to agree a suitable demonstration. Requests are handled during the UK support hours shown above; the meeting time is confirmed separately. If your question is time-sensitive, use the telephone number on our contact page. We will clarify the scope and dependencies before discussing a launch date, including any supplier approval, testing or payment setup that is needed for your particular business.
